Chickens

So I got a book today from our local library about chickens!  I am so thrilled, I've found a few bulletin boards on raising chickens, and I am so excited about learning how to raise them.  And what kind of chickens to get.  I know I want some basic chickens, and some easter egg colored chickens, and probably some more rarer chickens.  I'm not sure how many I'm looking at purchasing, but I'm thinking 10.  Wow.  That somewhat is amazing to me.  I never in a million years thought that I'd want chickens, but here I am, prowling the internet looking for the best chickens, coops, where to purchase them, the best nurseries, etc.
